Kick off Artwalk Ottawa’s 2025 season with Sobey Art Award short-lister Tania Willard.
The afternoon begins with a conversation in the Gallery’s outdoor amphitheatre – the perfect setting to begin a tour of the ByWard Market’s rich and vibrant art scene.
Artwalk Ottawa features the National Gallery of Canada, the Ottawa Art Gallery, and private galleries where participants will meet some of the galleries’ artists. The self-guided walk ends with a Spot Talks & Curator Conversations at the at the Ottawa Art Gallery, a visit to the exhibition Endless Becomings: Explorations in Contemporary Art, plus the chance to connect directly with OAG curators.

Ticketing: All proceeds will be donated to the Lowertown Community Resource Centre.
In English, followed by a bilingual question period.
American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is available for the 2:00 – 2:45 p.m. conversation portion of the program, when requested a minimum of 10 business days in advance of the event. Email info@gallery.ca with the event name, date and time.
Artwalk is organized by the National Gallery of Canada, the Ottawa Art Gallery, and the ByWard Market District Authority.
Proceeds raised will be shared with local organizations supporting people who are homeless.
