DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Arteast\, the Ottawa Plein Air Painters group bring their easels and various mediums to paint the tulips “en plein air”. Come and be dazzled by the process artists use to be able to paint on location. Artists welcome art-related questions. The public have the opportunity to vote on their favorite painting. Voting takes place on Sunday\, May 18th between 11 am to 2 pm at the Arteast Ottawa boutique while the finished artworks are on display.
