The Foyer Gallery is an artist-run exhibition space operated by the Foyer Gallery Artists’ Association in partnership with the City of Ottawa. Established in 1997, it fosters the appreciation and promotion of visual arts within the community, offering a dynamic and engaging experience for artists, art lovers, and the general public.

The Gallery features original works by a juried group of emerging and established local artists, many of whom have gained national and international recognition. The artists work in a wide range of media, including oil, watercolor, acrylic, graphite, pastel, mixed media, fibre art, photography, and sculptural pieces in wood, metal, clay, glass, and other 3D forms.

Known for its welcoming atmosphere, the Foyer Gallery is always staffed by a knowledgeable artist. Exhibitions include themed group shows, focus shows with 3–5 featured artists, and solo exhibitions. With exhibitions rotating every three weeks, there’s always something new to discover.

Located in the Nepean Sportsplex’s front foyer (Entrance 1), the gallery spans over 600 square feet of glass-enclosed space. With an annual visitor count of approximately 1.5 million, the gallery benefits from high visibility. While regular hours are set, private viewings are available by appointment.
